Terms of sale

Who can order

You must be at least 21 and a qualified researcher, or ordering on behalf of a research institution or entity, for in vitro laboratory use. By ordering you confirm both. We may ask for verification and may refuse, cancel or refund any order at our discretion, including when a buyer's intended use appears to be anything other than laboratory research.

What you're buying

Research compounds supplied as lyophilized powder or solution, labeled with compound, amount, lot number and fill date. Every lot ships with a certificate of analysis from an independent, ISO 17025 accredited laboratory, available on our lab reports page and through the QR code on the label. Lab reports document what is in the vial, not what it does.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for storing and handling products as laboratory materials, for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to purchasing, possessing and using research compounds where you are, and for the accuracy of the shipping information you give us. You agree not to resell products for any use other than laboratory research.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Florida sales tax is added where it applies. Promo and rep codes apply as described at checkout, one code per order, and may be withdrawn if misused. Subscription orders renew at the shown interval until you cancel from your order text or by contacting us.

Limits

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We make no claim about the suitability of any product for any purpose beyond its stated composition and purity. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Refund policy

Damaged, wrong or missing

If an order arrives damaged, warm with a tripped temperature strip, incorrect, or short, text us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We replace it or refund it in full, your choice, including shipping. No return needed.

Changed your mind

Unopened, sealed vials can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Shipping is not refunded and return shipping is on you. Because these are temperature-sensitive laboratory materials, opened, unsealed or reconstituted products cannot be returned.

Lot holds

If a lot fails a lab panel after you ordered, we hold the shipment, tell you, and refund or replace it. If a failed lot has already shipped, we recall it and refund it in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Card refunds can take a further 3 to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they are packed. Once packed, the refund policy above applies.

Privacy policy

What we collect

Name, email, mobile number, shipping address, order history, any promo or rep code you use, and basic technical data such as IP address and browser. If you apply to be a rep we also collect your campus, payout details and social handle.

What we use it for

Filling and delivering orders, sending order confirmations and delivery texts, answering support, attributing orders to rep codes so reps are paid, preventing fraud, and meeting legal and tax obligations. We do not sell or rent your information.

Who sees it

Our payment processor sees what it needs to charge you; we never store full card numbers. Our shipping carrier sees your name and address. Our email and text providers see the contact details they deliver to. A rep sees only the first name, last initial, city and masked email of customers who used their code, never full contact or address details. Owners of Varsity Labs can see full order records.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 7 years for tax and compliance. Marketing texts and emails stop the moment you reply STOP or unsubscribe.

Your choices

Email us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep by law. We respond within 30 days.

Age

Our site and products are for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger, and we delete it if we learn we have.

Shipping policy

Same-day campus delivery

Orders in eligible Tallahassee ZIP codes placed before 2:00 pm Eastern are delivered the same day by a Varsity rep, cold-packed, with a photo on delivery. Orders after 2:00 pm are delivered the next day before noon. Free on orders over $100, otherwise $8. Check your ZIP at checkout.

Everywhere else in the US

Orders placed before 2:00 pm Eastern ship the same business day in an insulated pack with ice and a temperature strip. Florida addresses typically arrive next day; other states in 1 to 3 days. Free on orders over $250, otherwise $12. Tracking is texted and emailed when the label prints. We do not ship outside the United States.

Cold chain

Lyophilized vials are stable at room temperature for shipping; we cold-pack anyway. Refrigerate on arrival. If the temperature strip has tripped, text us a photo and we replace the order.

Packaging

Plain outer box, no product names on the outside. Lot number and QR code on every vial.

Address problems

Orders returned to us for a wrong or incomplete address can be reshipped at the standard shipping rate or refunded for the product price.
